THE_NETWORK To Enter Studio In October

August 19, 2008

New Hampshire-based band THE_NETWORK has issued the following update:

"October: We head into Godcity [studios in Salem, Massachusetts] and record our second full-length with Black Market Activities tentatively called 'Bishop Kent Manning' and is based off the short story written by guitarist Kevin Howley. The story can be read here. We're busy finishing up the writing for this. BMA will be releasing this sometime in early '09.

"November: We cross the big pond and tour the UK. We'll also be releasing a split titled 'Notes from the Turncoat Campaign' through Holy Roar (exclusive U.K distribution) and Black Market Activities (exclusive U.S distribution) with a band called THROATS based out of the UK. Both splits will be released in mid-November. Holy Roar will also be releasing some stuff for us in Japan around November.

"December and onward…we lose our drummer! Yep, after almost 7 years, Tim will be leaving the band to pursue the greater joys of not being completely broke all the time. We'll be figuring out the drummer situation and replacement options till then. If interested, get in touch over at [email protected]."
